Sign up and train with Olympic Silver Medallist Kenneth Egan, learn the sport of boxing from the ground up. You will learn full-body movement with boxing fundamentals from head to toe. You will also learn defence techniques and various attack combinations.
All the sessions are non-contact and will incorporate bag and pad drills along with high intense boxing specific circuit training.

I arranged a counselling appointment with Kenneth Egan in January 2021 with a view to learning some techniques to manage daily stresses in order to look after my mental health. In March, as a throwaway comment, Kenneth mentioned that he’d show me some combinations that I could use in the gym if I wanted to use a heavy boxing bag as part of my workout routine – and so the journey began. I now spend time in therapy doing drills, circuits, bag work, pad work, ring work, school combat and sparring. It is absolutely exhilarating and is certainly one of the best investments I have ever made in myself. My fitness levels, co-ordination and general wellbeing are through the roof. The icing on the cake is that I’m learning a bit of boxing from one of the most decorated Irish boxers of all time. Kenneth, for someone who has achieved so much in his chosen sport is incredibly calm and patient. His encouragement is boundless and serves to build great confidence. I couldn’t recommend Kenneth highly enough, getting in contact with him could be one of the best decisions you’ll ever make.
